What is the
shelf life of the cakes? |
| The cakes will keep 2 to 3 days if tightly wrapped sitting out, and after
that keep cake tightly wrapped in the refrigerator for 5 to 7 days. We
recommend that you freeze the cakes if you are not planning to eat them
within a few days of receiving them. To freeze the cake double wrap in
plastic wrap from the top to bottom then wrap in foil and it will keep 6
months to a year. |

What is the shelf
life of the pies and cookies
|

The pies will keep 3 to 4
days in the refrigerator and 3 months in the freezer. The cookies will
last up to one week at room temperature and 3 months in the freezer.
Cookies can be frozen in a freezer bag or FoodSaver bag. The pies can be
frozen the same as the pound cakes, double wrap in plastic wrap from the
top to bottom then wrap.
