What is the shelf life of the cakes?

The cakes will keep 2 to 3 days if tightly wrapped sitting out, and after that keep cake tightly wrapped in the refrigerator for 5 to 7 days. We recommend that you freeze the cakes if you are not planning to eat them within a few days of receiving them. To freeze the cake double wrap in plastic wrap from the top to bottom then wrap in foil and it will keep 6 months to a year.

Are checks accepted?

Heaven’s Gate Catering cannot accept orders paid with checks through our website. We only accept Visa and MasterCard.
