This is not your traditional fruitcake!  This moist cake is filled with spices, fresh citrus zest, pecans and dried fruits, including: raisins, dates, apricots, pineapples, cherries, blueberries and cranberries.

Dried fruits are soaked in rum.

 The cake is brushed with brandy.

Topped with vanilla glaze or enjoy plain
